Every property is different, and we consider each one on its own merits. These are the kinds of opportunities we are typically interested in.

  • Properties needing renovation

    Homes that are dated, in poor repair, or need significant modernisation.

  • Vacant homes

    Properties that have been empty for some time and need bringing back into use.

  • Probate & inherited properties

    We understand these situations can be sensitive and will work at a pace that suits you.

  • Other value-add opportunities

    Awkward layouts, conversions, or properties where the potential is not obvious at first glance.
